Yes. Posting an event and receiving offers on Tracevenue is completely free for users.
What kind of events can I post on Tracevenue?
You can post events like birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, corporate events, family functions, college parties, retirement parties, cocktail dinners, pool parties, and more.
How does Tracevenue work?
You post your event details once. Based on your requirements, venues and/or caterers send you customised offers. You compare them and choose what works best for you.
Do I need to book a venue to get catering offers?
No. You can request catering services even if your venue is already booked or if the event is at home.
How many offers will I receive?
You may receive multiple offers depending on availability, location, and event details. There is no fixed number.
Are prices shown final?
Caterers and venues usually share detailed pricing, but final costs may change if you modify requirements like guest count or add-ons.
Are venues and caterers verified?
Yes. Tracevenue works with verified partners, but we still recommend reviewing offers, photos, and visiting venues if required before confirming.
Can I visit a venue before finalising?
Yes. You can coordinate directly with the venue to schedule a visit before confirming your booking.
What if I want to cancel or change my event details?
You can update or cancel your event request. Any changes should also be communicated directly to vendors you’re in touch with.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. Your information is shared only with relevant venues or caterers for your posted event.
Can I post multiple events?
Yes. You can post multiple event requirements on Tracevenue.
What if I don’t receive any offers?
If offers are limited, try adjusting your date, budget, or location to improve responses.
